I hadn't even looked twice at the kit in the catalogue (as seems to happen with so many things).
The Build a Banner kit comes with a selection of pennants (in 3 designs), a set of alphabet stencils and the great image stencils of which we used the spot one to decorate two of our pennants.
I used ink to daub the spots and just stamped a snowflake from the Festive Flurry set on the other two and then they are layered up with a doily, snowflake and couple of circles before the die cut letter.
The brown at the top of the pennants is a Top Notz die folded in half.
All the pieces are then joined together (through the already ready to go holes) with ribbon.
Fabulous banner Jill...isnt it strange how some things we pass by until we see what can be done with them...
